If elected, I will dedicate myself to improving the Village's customer service. While Downers Grove has broken new ground in this area the last few years, there is still important work to do.
Each and every interaction between the residents, contractors, vendors or other government agencies provides an opportunity. Every opportunity to interact with the Village should leave folks feeling appreciated; each interaction is a chance for us to make things better – to promote an atmosphere of collaboration and cooperation in our community.
I believe we can improve the timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of these interactions and I'll work to develop goals toward this end as well as helping mold processes to achieve those goals and methods to measure the progress we make.
